Valley of Trees Festival

Created as the annual fundraising event for Sebasticook Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Valley of Trees Festival has become a holiday tradition that brings the community together while supporting local initiatives and businesses.

 

Area businesses are invited to showcase themselves by decorating an artificial tree filled with themed gifts, merchandise, gift certificates, and other unique items. Visitors can browse the displays, purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win their favorite trees, and enjoy a fun-filled holiday experience.

Admission is just $2, and tree tickets are available for $5 per sheet of 10 tickets. Each year proceeds from admissions, 50/50, and the community tree are donated back into the community.

THE IMPACT

Giving back to our 12 towns in Sebasticook Valley

Since 2023, the Sebasticook Valley Chamber of Commerce (SVCC) has used proceeds from the Festival of Trees to give back directly to the community through donations and support for local initiatives. Beneficiaries have included the Special Olympics, local American Legion and VFW posts, food pantries, Spirit's Place, the Kidsville Library in Plymouth, the Corinna Fire Department, the Perfect Fit Community Center, and other organizations serving residents throughout the Sebasticook Valley region. Through these contributions, the Festival of Trees continues to make a meaningful impact beyond the holiday season, helping strengthen local programs, services, and community resources.

Rules & Guidelines for Tree Sponsors

  • Festival dates for 2026 are Thursday, December 3rd-Sunday, December 6th.

  • Tree sponsor set up dates are: Monday 11/30 12pm-6pm and Tuesday 12/1 10am-6pm.

  • ALL trees must be artificial. NO REAL TREES will be permitted.

  • NO ALOCHOL is no be displayed or included as prizes with the tree.

  • You are responsible for providing a tote/box for all contents along with the tree.

  • You are responsible for bringing wire, hangers, tape, anything needed for your display.

  • If you are including money or gift cards SVCC will keep the originals during the festival. You can put displays on your tree.

  • As a tree sponsor you give Sebasticook Valley Chamber of Commerce permission to use photos and videos in all media.

Everything you need to know about sponsoring a tree for SVCC's Valley of Trees Festival.

What is the deadline for sponsor submission?

All sponsorship forms must be received by October 30th, 2026.

When do we set up our trees?

Tree decoration and set-up takes place on Monday 11/30 and Tuesday 12/1 at the Perfect Fit Community Center in Corinna.
